Unfortunately, not every technology project goes totally smoothly. The causes vary from project to project, and from team to team. An external observer is able to take an objective view on the project, make recommendations about the issues underlying projects in trouble, and suggest possible ways to resolve the issues.

The method of delivery for this service will depend on its ultimate readership: For smaller projects, we can suggest working practices, client relationship management techniques, and team training or realignment. For larger projects, we can deliver board-level reports.
